$20 per code (so $40 if you are going to tip in both).
There is a transaction fee of 2% + 35c (75 cents for each code)
If payment is not received before the start of Round 2 in either code you will be removed from the competition (if you are tipping in BOTH make sure you make payment by the start of the AFL round 1)
